St Thomas the Apostle - Greensborough North

St Thomas the Apostle Primary School in Greensborough North is part of the KidsCast program, giving students the opportunity to share their voice through their own school podcast.

St Thomas the Apostle is a welcoming Catholic school community with a strong focus on learning, wellbeing and connection. The school encourages students to actively participate in their learning and contribute to the life of the school, making podcasting a natural fit.

Through KidsCast, students are producing a podcast that shares school news, interviews and stories from across the community. It provides families with a more engaging way to stay connected, while giving students a genuine sense of ownership over what they create.

The podcast also supports students to build confidence speaking and presenting, develop communication and storytelling skills, and work collaboratively as part of a team. It’s a practical way to bring student voice to life and strengthen connection across the school community.
